Anthony Lue grew up in Durham as an elite athlete. In 2004, he won gold at the (OFSAA) Track and Field Championships. His dream of representing Canada in the 110 m hurdles at the Olympics definitely seemed within grasp.
In 2009, his life was suddenly and brutally changed forever. At work, he was crushed in a car at a scrap metal yard.
Today, Anthony’s dream of competing for Canada at the Paralympics continues. He is an incredible athlete and motivational speaker who tells his story of triumphing over and through all obstacles that life has thrown his way.
